Graphic Representation

Carpenter Marty Transportation can bring your project to life before the first plan sheet is printed. Our team helps clients envision the final project through use of advanced graphic design, 3D modeling, and rendering software. High quality graphic representation offers a glimpse at the completed project for clients, as well as providing a powerful presentation tool for stakeholders and at public involvement meetings.

Conceptualization services are available to help develop aesthetic concepts to enhance your project. Whether working from a predetermined design idea or starting from scratch, we work with the client throughout the design process to ensure that the interests and intentions of the desired aesthetic enhancements are fully realized. Our graphic representation expert utilizes his degrees in both Fine Arts and Engineering to provide the detail and features that are key to the client in each project depiction created. He uses his artistic background and training to provide aesthetic enhancements for various projects through the design of unique concrete formliners, enhanced geometry, and decorative railing concepts.

A 3D model is prepared with computer graphics software to create a spatially accurate representation of your project. Through this process a variety of geometric enhancements, materials, colors, and the effects of light and shadow can be visualized. Depending upon the scope and desire of the client, the entire project or specific structures can be modeled and inserted into photographic settings to simulate the real life perception of your final design in its environmental setting.

Powerful rendering software is utilized to create a photo-realistic representation of the project from a chosen vantage point of the 3D model. The rendered image may then be used as a visual aid in presentations to the public or investors to accurately depict the proposed project in a real world setting.

Conceptual renderings make it possible to make design related decisions well in advance of the project actually being built. By experimenting with the design and aesthetic aspects of a project prior to formal plans being prepared, the client can develop a clearer picture of how the design considerations of a project will be expressed and perceived in relation to the project site and the surrounding environment.
