At Carpenter Marty Transportation, our people have always been our greatest asset, and now they are owners.
Since our founding in 2013, the firm has experienced sustained growth, increasing revenue by more than 600% while expanding our geographic reach and service offerings. We opened offices in Cincinnati, Ohio and Charleston, West Virginia in 2018, followed by the launch of Comma Designworks, our full-service architecture practice in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2020.
In 2026,Carpenter Marty Transportation proudly transitioned to an employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This milestone reinforces our long-term commitment to our people, our clients, and the communities we serve.
“Becoming an ESOP allows us to preserve the culture and values that define Carpenter Marty Transportation while rewarding the people who helped build it,” said President Bill Marty. “This transition ensures all employees share in the success they helped create.”
