Waterline Realignment

This project involved extending Snyder Street from Snyder Park Drive to Park Street and installing a new 130’ truss bridge over Buck Creek. The truss bridge contained a pedestrian walkway separate from vehicular traffic. The single span bridge is supported by concrete abutments with drilled shafts and steel piling. Improvements also included the realignment of waterline and storm sewer facilities and the partial removal of the Buck Creek Levee. Carpenter Marty Transportation provided existing conditions surveys for the entire interceptor alignment, as well as exhibits and legal descriptions for all right-of-way acquisition.
