Carpenter Marty Transportation Food Trucks

Throughout 2016, Carpenter Marty was able to host nine food trucks for our staff, neighbors, and guests.  These trucks came with everything from burgers and shakes to pierogis or barbecue.  With the first truck arriving mid-April, and the last truck pulling out of the drive mid-November, we were able to take full advantage of the warmer-than-usual temperatures this year.

Can you believe how warm the weather has been for the majority of November?  The temperature at our last food truck reached 57 degrees! That was four degrees warmer than the historical average temperature for that day.*  What a way to end a fantastic food truck season!

As we think about the good weather and all the great food and friends we had this year, we would like to ask for your feedback.  What was your favorite food truck? Click here to take the survey.

The 2016 Food Truck line-up included:

We would like to thank all the trucks for coming!  A special thank you goes out to Paddy Wagon for responding to our call for help when our scheduled truck couldn’t make it.  We appreciate you racing in and saving the day!  Though the help resulted in an extra visit, we’re pretty sure no one minded.  The food and sheriff/jailhouse theme was entertaining.  It gave those who couldn’t make it the first time an opportunity to experience the fun.

Stay tuned!  The results of our food truck poll will be published here and on our social media sites on December 16th.

Have you experienced a great food truck in the Columbus, Ohio area?  Send your suggestion to mstraka@cmtran.com and we will see if we can get it scheduled for the 2017 line-up!
